Arbour Longevity is a cash pay clinic focused on anti aging, aesthetic, and regenerative medicine, services not typically covered by commercial insurance. Many of our services, including IV therapy, peptide therapy, hormone optimization labs, and medical weight loss, are HSA and FSA eligible. We are happy to provide detailed receipts you can submit for reimbursement where applicable. Keeping the clinic cash pay is what allows longer appointments, direct access to Gandhi, and treatment decisions driven by clinical judgment rather than insurance formularies.
